RE: Your Brochures Ready

Please note we will be showing up to 25 photos on the national portals but we have selected these 7 for your gloss sales brochure which will be handed out on viewings.

The sales particulars need to be approved by you before we can begin marketing your property however if we do not hear back from you over the next 24 hours then we will assume that no changes are required.

Alternatively if you would like to make any changes or you are happy with the sales particulars then please respond via email to confirm your instruction. 
 

Oakwood Estates are subject to the Money Laundering Regulations 2017 so If you have not already done so please can you provide us with copies of your:
 

-          Photo ID in the form of a Driving License or Passport

-          Proof of address in the form of a utility bill or bank statement
